God's in Control!!
Peace and calmness has been my theme for a while until this morning - then the seas of excitement with a little bit of panic set in this morning. Blessed to have a family and friends that just provided enough reminders that God is control and plenty of hugs settled me back to reality... Back to the realization that the plane is taking off this Friday with or without us, with all the items I want and without the things I forget! So it's better to just let God stay in control and for me to get out of the way :-)

Two Weeks and Counting
The count down until we leave is literally right around the corner! The time before the trip is just as exciting as the trip itself because we get to see all the plans God has set in place for us come together. The sense of peace and calmness on all our hearts right now is not because we are in control and prepared - it's because we know God is completely in control.
If you were to look at our life you would think I am completely nuts - we have to plan for the trip, pack for the trip, prepare our dog sitter, make sure we have all Sam's medical needs addressed, plan for the kids school (which they start just days after we get back!), buy school supplies, Robby still has Madrigal camp to attend up into the day we leave, Rob and I both have several things at work that we need to prepare for before we leave, and I am sure there are other items I am forgetting about - but I can't express enough that none of us are stressed because we know God will give us what we need when we need it.
Our sense of peace is not only because we have been blessed several times to see God working in our lives, but it is also because of your prayers for us. Thank you for praying for us since the day we announced we decided to go back to Austria. We also want to thank you for praying for us while we are in Austria too. We also ask that you pray for the Missionaries that give of their lives and serve everyday at the Oasis and for all Refugees that are currently there.
Please know that even though you are not physically in Austria with us, you are with us - your prayers are impacting the refugees we will be working with and you financial support made it possible for us to go. Thank you for that and we hope you continue to check our blog or facebook page to see how your support is impacting others!!
